Paula is a native of San Luis Obispo County and a Real Estate Broker at Patterson Realty. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and pursued her advanced degrees to become a Certified Public Accountant. She spent 10 years in public accounting before joining her husband, Tom, at Patterson Realty in 1988. Traveling to exotic, unusual places during her off time, she loves adventure and has hiked and climbed many hills and mountains. During the summer she plays on the San Luis Obispo Golf Team but says they use her only because they are short of players. With strong financial credentials, she is well prepared to handle a myriad of real estate needs. Paula is a consistent multi-million dollar producer, specializing in land, residential, investment and estate properties and loves to share her knowledge of the area with her clients.
