Being a central coast resident for 20 years, Sandra knows that service and community are essential qualities in our county. Sandra says, "It is a pleasure to work with Patterson Realty because clients are considered our greatest asset."     Prior to joining Patterson Realty, Sandra served the local community as a real estate appraiser.  Sandra earned a BS in Economics and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.  She co-founded the San Luis Obispo Women's Investment Club and the No-Guilt Book Club. Professional memberships include the San Luis Obispo Rotary de Tolosa and the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors.  Sandra has served on the Mozart Festival's Board of Directors, as an AYSO coach, and has volunteered numerous hours with the Montessori Children's School and Mission Prep High School.
