Not only am I a REALTOR® but an ecoBroker® as
well. With my degree in Architecture and my credentials in LEED, Green
Advantage & Sustainable Building, I have a unique knowledge of homes.
Designing and building custom homes and interiors has been my passion for over
12 years. My work with Habitat for Humanity emerged a LEED Gold
Multi-Family project. I was fortunate enough to be the LEED AP that
certified the first LEED Platinum home in Santa Barbara which has won countless
awards.
The central coast has
been my home for many years. Originally from the heart of Los Angeles, I
arrived in SLO to attend Cal Poly for a degree in Architecture. Our city allows
me to do many things that I enjoy such as volunteering for nonprofits,
attending Food & Wine events, film festivals, hiking, biking and local
music festivals. I also own my home and have investment property with my
husband, well known magician and entrepreneur Rich Ferguson. I look
